Eleven people in Copenhagen. Every project is led by one of three partners, from the first site visit to the day you move in.

We draw the sun before we draw a wall. Where daylight falls decides where people will want to be.

Materials that age well
Stone, timber, lime and brass. We choose what looks better at forty than at four.

One partner, start to finish
The person who visits the site is the person on site every week until handover.
